If you've got a budget and don't care about scratchy bed clothes, housekeeping that starts knocking before 8 AM, fixtures that fall apart, then this is your no tell motel.

If you want the single most economic place to get a nights sleep and truly don't care about old paint, ugly rooms, dated bathrooms and a low ceiling, than this is the place.

Not a good hotel. I have stayed at two Extended Stay Americas now and neither was a pleasant experience. I expected more out of a two star rating.

It was not what I expected. No daily cleaning or refreshment of towels. For the price and convenience I was somewhat satisfied. There was not much pride in the upkeep of the rooms.
